BMW’s factory jack points have a notch that a standard floor jack saddle can miss or crush: especially on F-chassis cars where the sill reinforcement sits inside a plastic undertray. This rubber jacking pad fits the jack point slot correctly, distributes load across the full contact area, and prevents the pinch-weld damage that costs far more to repair than the pad costs to buy.
