What’s Included
One pair (2 units — driver and passenger side). Each unit replaces the OEM amber turn signal lamp inside the side mirror housing.
Installation
No wiring modification required. The LED module plugs directly into the standard BMW OEM mirror connector. Gently open the mirror housing, remove the factory indicator lamp, and insert the new LED strip — the connector is the same standardized plug used across F-series mirrors.
Hyper-Flash Note
Some F-series vehicles will display a fast blink rate (hyper-flash) after switching from incandescent to LED indicators. This is caused by the low current draw of LEDs triggering the OEM flasher relay’s bulb-out detection. Installing a load resistor (50W/6Ω, approximately C$2–5 per side) in parallel with the turn signal circuit corrects this. This is a 10-minute fix and is common on any BMW LED turn signal upgrade.
